What you choose today
can change what's
possible tomorrow.
Online therapy for women who want to
build healthier relationships and create a happier, more authentic life.
Sometimes, the things we've learned to live with are the very things we wish could be different.
Does this sound familiar?
Where you are today doesn’t have to be where you stay.
When you spend so much time trying to be everything for everyone, it's easy to lose sight of your own needs. Perhaps you've grown used to keeping your feelings to yourself, questioning your worth or accepting parts of your life that no longer make you happy. But your happiness, wellbeing and hopes for the future deserve your attention, too.
Admitting that you're struggling can feel vulnerable, especially when you've worked so hard to hold everything together. It takes courage to acknowledge what isn't working, but knowing something needs to change doesn't make it easier. Growth often means facing difficult feelings, conversations or decisions we'd rather avoid. So it's understandable that we put it off, even when it means staying in situations that leave us unhappy.
But you don't need to reach breaking point to seek support. Just because you've carried something for a long time doesn't mean you have to keep carrying it alone. Therapy can help with what feels difficult right now and support you as you grow. You deserve more than simply getting through each day, even if you're still finding the courage to take that first step.
What we can work on together
-
Self-awareness can transform how you experience life. In our sessions, we'll explore why certain situations affect you, how your thoughts influence your emotions and how unhelpful behaviours may be keeping you stuck.
As you begin to understand yourself more deeply, you can discover new ways to manage your emotions, strengthen your relationships and make intentional choices that bring you closer to a happier, healthier life.
-
The way you see yourself can influence what you believe you deserve and what you feel capable of achieving. We'll work on challenging self-critical thoughts, reducing comparison and developing a healthier sense of self-worth, helping you feel more confident in who you are.
-
Whether you're feeling disconnected from your partner, struggling with communication or experiencing recurring conflict, we'll look at the dynamics affecting your relationship. You'll learn ways to express your feelings and needs, navigate difficult conversations, establish boundaries and build stronger connections without losing yourself in the process.
-
When worry, sadness or overthinking begin to affect your everyday life, it can be difficult to know how to feel better. We'll work on understanding what contributes to these experiences and finding practical ways to manage overwhelming thoughts, regulate emotions and reconnect with activities that bring you enjoyment.
-
Life doesn't always unfold as we imagined. Whether you're navigating a breakup, divorce, relocation, career transition or questioning your direction, counselling can give you space to consider your options, reconnect with your values and make decisions that feel right for the next chapter of your life.
-
Sometimes, knowing what you want is easier than knowing how to achieve it. We'll identify barriers such as fear, perfectionism or procrastination, break your goals into achievable steps and review your progress along the way, helping you turn your intentions into lasting changes in your everyday life.
Therapy is more than talking through what's difficult. Together, we'll explore your thoughts, emotions and patterns that may be keeping you stuck, while developing practical strategies that reflect your needs and goals. I want you to feel more confident in yourself and your choices, with the skills to navigate life's challenges long after our sessions end.
Hi, I’m Gaby
I'm a professional therapist and member of the ACA, offering online counselling for women across Australia.
I'm also someone who knows the other side of the therapy couch pretty well. I've had my own moments of doubting myself, struggling with relationships and feeling completely lonely and lost. Therapy has been a big part of my life. It helped me through some of my hardest times, gave me hope and showed me that life could feel different.
That's why this work is so close to my heart. I want other women to know that change is possible, and they don't have to figure it all out alone.
My Approach
I want you to feel comfortable being yourself from the moment we meet. My aim is to create a warm, confidential and non-judgemental space where you can share how you truly feel, talk openly about what you're going through and feel genuinely heard and understood. Whatever you're facing in life right now, you don't have to work through it alone.
I draw on evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Person-Centred Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Motivational Interviewing, adapting my work to your individual needs.
My process is simple
1.
Begin with a 15-min Intro Call
New clients are welcome to book a complimentary 15-minute introductory call to get to know each other, ask questions and see whether I'm the right fit for you.
2.
Schedule your session
All sessions are held online, allowing you to book a time that suits your schedule, wherever you are in Australia.
3.
Make Space for Yourself
Find a quiet, comfortable and private space where you can talk openly. All you need is a phone or computer, a stable internet connection and some time set aside just for you.
